Due to the on-going upgrade of our encryption system, we are sorry that some of you are experiencing temporary interruption of service, even though you have installed the upgraded system. We apologize for the temporary interruption of service due to technical adjustments during the upgrading process. Normal service will be restored soon.

Special Notice - April 9, 2008

Due to the upgrading of Dream TV's security system, you will be unable to view almost all channels for a period of up to 2 hours except for Free-to-Air Channels, Cartoon Channels and 1 movie channel. Subscribers who have the New Dream TV Set-Top Box and Smart Card will not be affected.

Please note the following periods:
Monday - Friday: From 6:00pm onwards
Saturday and Sunday: From 7:00pm to 12:00pm the next day

This upgrading of channels will last for about 2 months and after the completion of all channel upgrades, only subscribers with the New Dream TV System will be able to view Dream TV programs, and only the BenSports TV System will allow subscribers to view BenSports TV 2 - 6 channel programs.

您好！
由于“梦幻卫视”系统升级的需要，自4月9日起，如果您仍在使用旧版解码设备，除免费频道，卡通电影等少数频道外，其余所有频道都将在固定时间段内每隔三十 分钟左右出现一次黑屏的情况；若您已更换新版“梦幻”解码盒将不受此影响。

具体时间段为：
周一至周五下午6点起；
周六、周日晚7点至次日中午。

该情况将维持两个月左右，在升级完成后，您必须使用新的“梦幻”解码盒和智能卡才能继续收看“梦幻卫视”。另外，您将需要购买“明哥体育”解码设备以便继续收 看明哥体育2至6台的节目。

对于上述情况给您造成的不便，我们深感抱歉。
